213xx Series
This bearing type has a solid inner ring, which runs on two rows of symmetrical rollers in a solid outer ring. The outer ring has a concave, spherical raceway. This design compensates for any alignment errors and shaft deflections. Spherical roller bearings can withstand particularly high radial loads. Additionally, they can accommodate axial forces in both directions. These bearings are used in elevators, textile machines, food processing machines, cranes etc.
223 Series
Self-aligning roller bearing has two rows of rollers,the outer ring has one common spherical raceway, and theinner ring has two raceways and is inclined at an angle with respect to the bearing axis. This ingeniousstructure makes it have automatic centering performance, so it is not easy to be affected by the anglebetween the shaft and the bearing housing seat or the bending of the shaft. lt is suitable for the situationwhere the installation error or the bending of the shaft causes the angle error. The bearing can not only bearradial load,but also bear axial load oftwo-way action.
240xxCA Series
The bearing is double row of Spherical Roller Bearing with C3-loose clearance,shaft mount, cage material is brass . Bearing is in open enclosure and it is relubricatable. Suffixe CA-Spherical roller bearing of C design but with two integral inner ring flanges and machined cage.
Insert Bearings-1
UC200 series (light series), UC300 series (heavy series), and deformed product UB(SB)200 series, if the use environment is small, generally choose UC200 series, otherwise choose UC300 series. Generally, there are two jacking wires on the outer spherical ball bearing, and the included angle is 120°. Environmental requirements must have a small vibration range. Bearing prelubricated and ready for immediate installation. The wide inner ring provides effective shaft support for a broad range of industrial applications. An external steel flinger provides additional protection from contamination. The UK series features superfinished raceways, grade-10 balls for smooth running and low noise operation. UK series wide inner ring ball bearings have spherical outside diameters for use in housings with corresponding spherical inside surfaces to compensate for shaft misalignment.
UCP NAP Type
The outer spherical ball bearing is actually a modification of the deep groove ball bearing. Its characteristic is that the outer diameter surface of its outer ring is spherical and can be fitted into the corresponding concave spherical surface of the bearing seat to play the role of self-alignment.
UCFU Type
Square flanged ball bearing unit with set screw locking, cast iron. They consist of an insert bearing, with an extended inner ring and grub screw locking, suitable for applications where the direction of rotation is constant or alternating. The bearing is mounted in a housing, which can be bolted to a machine wall or frame. Ball bearing units can accommodate moderate initial misalignment, but normally do not permit axial displacement.
UCT Type
UCT take-up units are used where shaft adjustment and belt-tightening devices are required, such as in conveyor applications. These units provide compact, efficient supports for adjustable shafts and conveyer take-up pulleys. These units use wide inner ring ball bearings with self-aligning spherical outside diameters that compensate for shaft misalignment. Slot spacing and width are interchangeable with competitive units. Housing designed for ease of bearing replacement.
